电阻对焊机的主要焊接工艺及相对优点：
1.电阻对焊机是将两工件端面**压紧，利用电阻热将接触部分加热至塑性状态，然后迅速施加顶锻压力或不加顶锻压力只保持焊接压力，来完成焊接的方法。
2.与闪光对焊相比，电阻对焊操作简单，价格便宜，焊接效率高。
3.焊接后接头光滑，毛刺小。
4.结构设计精巧，对精细不一的工件焊接容易调整,**用的对焊机控制电路，确保焊接质量。
5.主要用于对焊截面积小于250mm的金属型材，如铁线，管材等等。
The Main Principle of Resistance Butt Welder and Main Advantages:
1.AC Resistance Butt Welding is the welding method that the end surfaces of two parts are pressed tightly,and the resistance heat is used to heat up the surfaces to the plasticized status,then the upsetting force quickly press them together more tight again or without applying the upsetting force pressure,just only hold on the welding pressure to **plete the welding.
